Baffling

Baffle: A complex form of noise created by a group of talented people with many instruments. This noise consist of mainly drums, guitars and a bass guitar but may have other instruments depending on the band. The most important instrument being the voice which not many people would find appealing instead they would find it unbearable. The vocals are very harsh in this form of noise. The harsh vocals is what differentiates this form of noise from others as well as it’s intense instrumentals.

Proper terms: Metal is a complex form of music created by a band of talented people. This genre of music consists of mainly drums, bass guitar, and guitars, however some bands may have other instruments such as a keg,  electric keyboard, organs, etc. The most important instrument being the voice which not many people would find appealing instead they would find it unbearable. There are many types of metal music each having their own type of harsh vocals which are screaming, growling, grunting, pig squeal, etc. These types of vocals is what many find unappealing in this genre of music but it is what differentiates it from other music. Metal also has very intense instrumentals which tend to be more intense the harsher the vocals. The metal genre may also have album covers which look violent and therefore unappealing to many audiences.
